Please describe your issue as specifically as possible — including your registered email address — so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I recover my account?

A: Use the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page to receive a reset link at your registered email address. If you no longer have access to that email or the reset link does not arrive, contact us through the contact form with your username and we will manually assist with account recovery.

Q: Can I request that my account and all my data be deleted?

A: Yes. You have the right to request complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data. Submit your deletion request through the contact form with the subject ‘Data Deletion Request’ and include your registered email address. We will action this within 14 business days.

Q: I am having a technical problem — my CV is not saving or downloading. What should I do?

A: First, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page, or switch to a different browser. If the issue persists on a different browser or device, please contact us via the contact form, describing the exact step at which the problem occurs and the browser and device you are using. Screenshots are very helpful.

Q: Can I suggest a new feature or template design?

A: Absolutely, and we actively encourage it. Use the contact form and describe your idea in as much detail as possible. We review all feature requests and prioritise those most requested by our user base. Your feedback directly shapes the future of NextMoveCV.
